Dr. Jenny Kungl
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and
Owner of Norwich Veterinary Services
I was born and raised at the west end of town. As a graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, my first position was with a mixed animal practice for 5 years. It suited me well as my grandparents were local dairy farmers, and my family home was a menagerie of cats, dogs, birds, pocket pets, fish and always a majestic horse.
As my husband Curtis and I started our own two-legged family, I accepted a position at a small animal clinic for approximately 5 years while our boys, Wyatt and Lane, were growing up. In 2015, I had the fortunate opportunity to return to the village of Norwich and work alongside the previous owners.
As the owner of the Norwich Veterinary Service, our team cares about providing high quality medicine for your companion animals and small ruminants (goats/sheep). We enjoy caring for the residents and pets of Norwich and our surrounding communities. We are proud to be known for our excellent customer service, community involvement and a one of a kind team.

Dr. Sarah DePaulo
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Sarah DePaulo completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Guelph in 2015, and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2019. Throughout her university years, she worked many different positions in small animal veterinary clinics (from reception, assistant, and now veterinarian!). Her family will tell you she has wanted to be a veterinarian since she was 3 years old. She was born in Pickering, Ontario, but eventually moved to Guelph, Cambridge, and finally Norwich! Born in a big city, but definitely more small town at heart!
She now lives in Norwich with her family and fur babies, Stella the Rottweiler, Tokyo the Rottie x Doberman mix, Pip the long haired kitty, and Toothless the sassy rescued stray cat!
She has worked at the Norwich Veterinary Service since June 2019 and her favourite part of the clinic is the amazing clients and staff! She loves the close knit community in Norwich. Dr. Sarah loves all sorts of weird and wonderful cases in veterinary medicine, but has a special interest in surgery, ultrasonography, dermatology, and internal medicine cases.
While not at the clinic she can be found outdoors camping, hiking, kayaking, or taking the dogs for a walk. She aspires to travel to every inch of the world! She also enjoys exploring Oxford County or relaxing at home with her family and the fur babies.

Dr. Alina Gardiner
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Alina grew up in Oxford County. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology at the University of Guelph in 2014 and then graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2019 alongside Dr. DePaulo. She is a mixed animal practitioner and loves being on farm just as much as being in the clinic. She started with NVS in the Fall of 2023 to help cover a maternity leave and enjoyed it so much she decided to stay!
Dr. Alina’s favourite part about working at NVS is seeing how much owners love their pets by asking lots of questions and always wanting to share stories and memories.
At home, she and her husband have 2 Australian shepherds (Nutmeg and Biner) and 1 cat (Rosie) that keep them very busy. When not at the clinic, Dr. Alina loves adventuring with her dogs and gardening.
